Anna and Chris have been working on</font> <font size="4">www.golborne.org</font> <font color="#990000">for the past year. They started from nothing and had no prior knowledge of Golborne.</font></font></b></p> <p><font color="#000000" size="3" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><font color="#990000"><i><b>"We were invited by</b></i></font><b><i><font size="4"> North Kensington Arts</font> <font color="#990000">to propose a piece of art for</font> <font size="4">Golborne</font> <font color="#990000">and the</font> <font size="4">Grand Union C</font></i></b></font><font color="#000000" size="3" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b><i><font size="4">anal</font>.<font color="#990000"> The idea for a web-site came from our wish to create a platform that could showcase all the special parts of the community to a wider audience.</font> We wanted to introduce an alternative, permanent piece of art, owned exclusively by the community, to provide Golborne with a creative space to be used, changed and expanded by interested members of the community. <font color="#990000">As artists</font> <font color="#990000">we wanted to make an artwork that could be added to and continued with no imposed agendas.</font></i></b></font></p> <p><b><i><font color="#000000" size="3" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><font color="#990000">www.golborne.org 2003 is our experience of Golborne - as outsiders. The web-site is a visual record of our time discovering the area and meeting the people of <font color="#000000"><strong>Golborne</strong></font>.
